It was very strange, had new tyre's went with Michlelin power 5s but instead of a 190-50-17 on the rear,I went 200-55-17. So that was strange.. but the steering is so much lighter, the bike felt much lighter, and it turned so light. But as I was scrubbing in my tyre's,I wasn't sure about alot. Comphy will post how much the weight difference was as I forget now,but I'm still struggling with my quick shifter settings as it not changing, but I think it's just settings.... But I love the feel, very happy, and that rear master cylinder upgrade is a must....

Looks amazing! Very impressed.... I'll read through the instructions... Could be just the sensitivity needs adjusting...

How does the rear brake feel now with the 13mm m/c?
Was it a straight fit?

It's nice u notice the difference, ide like the brembo set up comphy got on his,and he's seen it and he likes it,and he's gonna get one. It's next on his list so I take it he's impressed, and yep u have one normal hole and another that's elongated so I think it's pretty much a universal fitment... It comes in silver and in black... And it was up for over 200 but I put it on watch on ebay and I got it offered for 179... I'll try and find it,and the hydraulic brake light switch too...

so here's is my confession..... i took my bike out last Saturday i dialled in the mh quick shifter at last then headed out for a blip..... come to a junction on a bit of a sloped junction to a main road a bike in front of me turning left and a van to my right going right. the bike i rolled up on was about to go so i took it he was going i then took my eye off him to watch the road van and the road i was about to join the the bike decided he wasn't going and stopped as if it like stalled at the last minute and hesitated and i went into the righthand side of his 2022 triumph 1200 seed triple rs. he went down to the floor on the right taking part of my side Pannel with him and my bike went down on it right hand side i offered to pay for his damage to his engine casing and the gear lever could be bend back into shape but he wasn't having a bar of it no no its got to go back to triumph got to go through the insurance blamed me for mark's on the tank bent indicators so i came home and claimed 50/50 with my insurance as i didn't go into the back of him but the side of him and if he didn't stutter on joining the main road then maybe it wouldn't have happened. i did apologise but he was not easy to deal with I'm not making a claim on my bike as I'm willing to fix it myself I've explained it as best i can but let me know what you think???

Not much done recently on the zed apart from the calipers....i find it funny as weve made a rod for our own backs buying zed's.....they just work....on the whole stuff tends to just work on them doenst it..?? its not like on the Ducati forum for example where theres a running list of stuff that randomly breaks on them...!
Hopefully will be fitting the exhaust back on dads 400 at some point today....

Yes.... In all fairness the zed works well, and easy to maintain, and also die to comphy I have see how easy they are to work on Even when I dropped it it still started and rode well, were the triumph had a warning light on it.....
