Ive started changing gear without using the clutch, ive got really good at it now. Makes the ride smooth when shes on the back and helps when my wrist plays up on long rides, plus i can keep the speed up.
My question is am i doing any damage to anything by doing this?

Hi Zedaintdead your ok going up the box as longs as you momentaryly close the throttle as you shift. Don't try to use the Z down the box with no clutch as you will damage the box. I have not used the clutch for upchanges for years and had no gearbox problems. Regards Rick

Ive been doing clutchless upshifts for quite sometime too and havnt had any problems or heard of any.
As long as you are careful and do it right.
