Hi
Anyone done a 28mm fat handle bar conversion such as the fatter renthals or magura motox bars
Would be interested in hearing opinions, risers, clamp changes etc
Not a fan of stock bars

Yeah, thinking about doing this to my z1000. The options are Renthal, magura and rizoma. I dont know much about the magura bars, but both the Renthals and Rizoma bars come in various colours and you will need to either buy new risers to match the bars or machine out your existing ones (difficult & not sure if there is enough meat left in them). Renthal also do other options - lows, ultra lows etc. The fatbars only come in the streetfighter style which are about the same hieght as std bars, but apparently are wider. the Lows and ultra lows are a bit narrower than std

I have the Magura bars on a ZRX 1100 and i love them, seems a bit more work converting the Z tho
