if by rod end they mean thread size on the piston rod where the 2 lock nuts hold the lever mounting eyelet, then that's an M8 on the stock one.
However, I see that in the pictures that this mounting eyelet is a rose joint rather than the 2-prong yoke style that's stock on our bikes. I'm sure you can still rig it to make it work, I've done so on my supermoto but had to space out the master to make it align correctly to the lever.

also, the rear master that I'm planning on getting is the AB-M isaac4 from Germany, because it has an option for the reservoir bottle to be integrated within the master, which I really, really wanted in order to get rid of the ugly hoses on the stock master. Unfortunately due to Covid they stopped shipping to the US because they said that customers complained that shipping took too long, despite the fact that I just recently ordered stuff from Suter in Switzerland and it showed up within 48 hours via DHL... so there's that. ab-m.de/en/motorcycle-accessories-shop-details/79/brake-technics/89/foot-brake-cylinder-isaac4

Oh well... I'll just put a sleeve in there...
Edit... Not that one the one further down... The whole mechanism changes... So you loose that fork thing...Well that's the way I read it...

as I mentioned previously, if they send you the rose joint as pictures on the site then it makes no difference whether the pushrod is M6 or M8 as you could just use the rose join end instead of the stock fork/yoke type mount. However, if you do end up using the supplied rose joint, you may need to put a couple of washers between the footpeg and master, where it mounts, so that you offset the whole thing so that it aligns to your brake lever.
Or, just email them asking to change to an M8. I've ordered plenty of stuff from WeBike, they don't usually ship right away, takes a few days for them to send the order out to their supplier.
