So....i was on the Ducati forum and over there i got a suspension thread set up as its one of the things i know least about but want to learn as much as possible....one of the lads on there found this... motool.co/and i thought, wow, something you can use to set your suspension up when you dont have to drag the other half into it....mine'd tell me to off anyway! It turned up on monday and ive not had the chance to get to use it properly but had a quick half hour earlier on to have an iinitial mess around....

So, hook up the tool, pull the bike off the rear wheel - zero the slacker, and then drop the wheel back down and thats your first measurement.....sit on the bike, take the second measurement and take that from the first....theres your rider sag....easy as that...so, you can get your rider sag set up properly with just....one of you! - perfect.
So, just to add, if the sag is too small-a-number, wind some pre-load in - if its too much take some off...

I like the idea,u have u clever boy. I'm not to clever but ide like to have my Suspention set up for me,I've looked into it a bit,but I want my ECU flash once I've sorted out my volume problem. I've ordered wadding, get some wire and wrap my baffles, not shore if it will work, but I want to keep my exausts... Do u think it will work? I get it tomorrow, but running out of ideas...

Well, first and foremost - ive got the tool to do it...but - i need a bit more time to make sure im getting it right...
Exhausts: i dunno - i dont think your gonna get those quietened down and, if you do, youll be sacrificing power/speed for it....a bitter pill to swallow but....id sell the lot (headers as well) and get arrow headers (mine were a slightly larger bore) and then change the AR's - its my personal opinion but i prefer the single exit....having a single exit gives you literally an unlimited supply of manufacturers tail pipes you can fit so you can literally choose the noise you want..!

Yep.. comfysofa listens to it,and even with the baffles in my 110m bore Austin racing cans are way loud. Police magnet,in Wales.. so I ordered wadding and titanium wire,my idea is to wrap the baffle, and try it,before giving up on it all together and selling the lot,but I want my ECU flashed asap, but I will have to keep what Ive had set up to and keep. So making shore I'm happy with my set up...
