I don't ,can't run it flat out except power gears ,cos it has a reliant back axle. Main jet is 220 . Needle position three Checked with colortune and seems okay a low revs , I have bought some 117.5 jets any advice please ?

if its in pieces ( the bike ) and you have the carbs out id sugest getting them ultrasonically cleaned....jetting? id say try and then see how it feels, do a plug chop and then that will tell you...

i would first start with the float heights, then work out from there to main and pilots and needle settings, too much fuel in the float chambers and she will run rich, get float heights right then get the mains right for a good pull to the limiter, you can always do a proper plug check after a top end run, then when right get the needles set for the mid range and lastly when they are right set the pilots for correct running just off throttle.
