had my first trackday on the bison (nicknamed by my mates) it was bloody hard work in 30 degree heat, pics to follow soon

no decent pics as yet, but here are 2 for now... we did snetterton 300, excellent day, but it was way too hot. The first time i rode out of pitlane was the first time i'd ridden the bike, so no heroics, it was a 'getting used to it' kind of day. It was a massive culture shock after riding my sv650 minitwin for 12 months, it's big and heavy, and doesn't handle that well, but can be sorted out easily enough, it's running on Michelin pilot tyres at the moment, they will be swapped for a pair of supercorsas soon as...it's also got a 40 tooth sprocket on the back which made it a little sluggish out of the slower corners, again easily sorted.

love that track, bit heavy for cadwell i think, you would be knackered round there yeah, i reckon i would, it was heavy enough at snetterton, and i wasn't even trying that hard due to the road tyres, donnington next i think, see how we get on there, not ridden there before so should be fun !

Donnington is fantastic, take your time it looks a lot easier on the telly, keep it pinned where the old Dunlop bridge used to be & watch that front end lift lol
