Finally....at last....been on mine the last few days to work (in an enjoyable capacity) instead of freezing cold (i can put up with cold, but, i dont do rain!). Id like to say im going to get out more this year but, ive currently got a massive rebuild job on my Hypermotard (seized crank) which has been taking all of my time, wife is understandably pissed off with the amount of time and money that im ploughing into it ( i think the total spend is going to be around 1.7k). I probably could have done it close to a grand but, its a rare opportunity to be able to do other work while the crankcases are apart ( a big chunk of the 1.7k is going on engine coating ) as ducati's coatings division should be shut down and everyone fired its that bad...great bikes but the coating and fixings are truly awful. If anything, im so glad ive got the zed. Its totally reliable, never misses a beat and i can depend on it 100%. If anything its so reliable sometimes id like to put something up about it but at the moment mines working absolutely perfectly so i cant really add that much !!! Anyway, we're going to the TT, and plan on going to the motogp. I reckon considering the above i might not get that much more done this year apart from using it for commuting....shit happens as they say....

Came back from the TT. Took the RSV4 but next year ill definately be on something else, just to see whats its like on something else....primarily itll be the zed ill be taking but, i may take the Hyper, the only thing that stops me is, Its not as comfortable (i went to the TT about 7 years ago on my 1100s). Apart from the fact that the weather was awful it ran out of steam on the mountain (tops out at 130). My evo 1100 sp has a bit more grunt but not much more at the top end. The other thing that makes me want to take the hyper is italian night in Port St Erin, which is really good, nice to be a part of that, really is... However, i ride the zed all the time (on it this morning to work) so i feel really comfortable on it even with the avon 3d storms on there (got into a nice tussle this morning with a 16 plate zx10) much fun was had. Anyway. Next for me is a trip to Loomies for bike night one nice evening....
