Wow. Really nice one.... I know what you mean about sitting "in" the bike and not on it.... My rsv4 I sit "on" and the zed I sit "in".... I had an old gen1 about 8 years ago..

Mmm... I sold it last year to a nice guy from Swansea, for £4,500couldn't get it in the van quick enough,it was mint...after my operation to save my foot,I decided to sell it,and buy a.gen 4 zed as it would probably be my last bike... Only by luck and an understanding misses I ended up with my z1000r, but I would have settled for a Normal zed,had my eye on a green one,but I do like the grey and black on the z1000r... And like my new one it had carbon fiber were it could, and loaded with titanium bolts, not for show but they never tarnish, look new,and I won't have problems with them in the future...

Don't know if I sent it to u,but I'll make sure,I've got 4 m10x70m titanium race drilled caliper bolts that won't fit my bike, although they will fit the exhaust hangers but I put the Austin racing cans on,and I've got no hangers on it now... If u or anyone u know could do with them,I want £20 for them or if u want u can take it off my bill when I come over if u want them i'll bring them if u want...

Strange - why dont they fit? im curious to see the front forks where the calipers mount to the bottoms....they must be different to mine...also curious to know the spacing for the calipers (if theyre 100mm or 108) interesting to see which way kwak have gone...

I tend to use Ti myself for the same reasons....easier to clean and dont tarnish..also the reason the zed has been mostly recoated in Cerakote....much more durable than the oem paint...

The 1s I fitted to mine was shorter, but I'm shore they were the same size as the 1s I had on my zed 2008... I've got no use for them, may be wrong but I can't see anyware they will go...
