Resetting the clock

Hi guys sorry if another supid question, but don't have any users book etc, how do you reset the  Time clock on the dash of my Z100A6,
 looking at the two buttons on the left, one is mode, the other reset, but scared if start playing around with this without knowing i might wipe/change something!

Forgot about this, but i've sorted this out now, hitting the reset button, highlights the clock, tripmeter etc, then turned the ignation off clock reset.
