Cheers maxz1000 Thought I would go back to bikes but it's costing a bloody fortune if it's not money spent on the bike then it's on the clothing. Every time you look on the internet you find something else you want ?

Getting the bike ready for the better weather and i have now fitted the rear hangers and also removed the rear brake reservoir and replaced it with a Honda Racing Corporation rear brake reservoir replacement kit from Ebay.

The bike was covered in ACF-50 before it was put away for the winter period thats what you can see in the pictures just incase you think its brake fluid.

Ive been using mine through the winter but only in dry weather....cant fact the traffic jams....id rather freeze, but ill draw the line at getting wet...! With me staying in Scotland it’s wet most of the time so bit the bullet and just put the bike off the road. last time I had a bike I was a teenager and I ruined it with the salt and frost when I used it over winter don't think it helped as I never had a garage ether.

Heh - you and me both! I had a Gamma 250, TDR250, and a GSXR7-11 all got eaten by the elements when I was living in digs.. ive got the luxury of a kitted out garage and a car to use when the weather is bad so I tend to be a fair weather biker now....although ive gotta say ill brave the freezing cold as the traffic in Bristol now that red trousered wearing C**T of a mayor has gotten his "green" fingers in is awful. Hes successfully managed to strangle most of the roads now so going anywhere in a car is pointless during most of the working day. I cant face sitting in traffic if I can avoid it so ill take the bike.
We never used to have a mayor so I don't know why we need one now but the most irritating thing about all of it is, we actually have paid him a salary to make everything worse in Bristol...asshole.!

As far as am aware they are the standard bars but you could also look at fitting R&G bar ends this might help with the vibrations that could be causing you problems or could also be your gloves have you tried a different pair just to see if that helps, I bought my bike second hand from a dealer and there where a couple of things changed on the bike when I bought it, so don't know if the bars are original ones.
