luggage

ive read the thread bellow about the ventura system being great and it does look like a great sysyem but does anyone know of anyother luggage that i can get for a 2006 Z1000 other than a rentec sports rack,
my problem is that me and the mrs are going away next spring for 2 weeks camping abroad etc and while im fine with tank bags sports panniers etc im not sure what to use for the tail of the bike as i also need to carry a tent and the ventura system dont seem to be a good idea when you want to carry a tent aswell as other stuff
any ideas or help would be greatfully recieved

Hi m8,

Sorry for the late reply, been a bit dead hear for a while but that's all changed.

I've used Oxford sports panniers and tailpack combo on a few supersports bikes and if you get the rentec rack, this should be ok on a Zed. Always best to take your bike to a dealer or a HG shop or similar and ask if you can try luggage on your bike. Any decent shop should assist you...then say thanks and if you like it...shop around/online for best deal.

There is a few different luggage options out there so its finding one that meets your requirements and budget.
