Try soaking it overnight?

heat an old allen key red hot and put it in end of socket till cool (10-15sec), DONT turn, do it again. that key is now buggered so bin it, quickly get your good one, an first try very small tighten to crack it off. then undo. re-assemble with "coppa-slip" as normal grease will wash off.

I cant try again till the weekend but I,m soaking it every night till then so fingers crossed.
If that doesn't work I'll try the heating method, I do use coppa slip on the back off the pads and rubber grease on the pistons, but with the crap winter and south yorkshire council using road salt like mad, I've had so much trouble keeping everything in working order. don't know if its the same with all Z's.
