Another good bloke found on ebay, polite knowledgable. I just gave him a call explained the front end swap project and he made me a set of custom lines with all the Stainless fittings( in any colour you like, I had gold), coloured hose covers(I had orange of course) including ruber gromets to space out hose clip mounts, a set of free bleed nipples and couple of spare banjo bolts. ;D I had over the mud guard type lines(caliper to caliper) for the front and standard for the rear, though he can do 2 full length lines at front if you prefer. All for £69.00 Posted special delivery(called him on Wednesday night, I had them on Friday morning) ;D ;D. For those of you interested, I had Standard rear line length, Front lever to right caliper was Z1000 standard length plus 4"(which worked out at 765mm/30.11"), and ZX6R caliper to caliper length(560mm/22"). All lengths are measured end hose/metal shoulder(look at the pics in the link and you will understand) to end of hose rather than centre to centre of the banjos(easier to measure). My front end is a 2003 B1 set of forks. They are not fitted as yet(I am still gathering parts) but mocked them up, routed them on the bike as they would be set up and the lengths all look spot on. ;D
