I'm looking around for a new set of leathers, I currently only have my textiles (trousers and jacket) and a leather jacket. I'm not a fan personally of 1 piece suits and fancy a jacket and trousers.
I really like the Furygan kit, but the problem is it only comes with a short zip for attaching on the back. I could get this altered and have a full length zip added all the way around on both the trousers and the jacket, but would that be adequate for trackday regulations for most tracks???
I know many are pretty strict nowadays on needing 2 piece leathers that have full length zips or 1 piece suits and some places only now only accept 1 piece suits.

a lot of the prefer the full body 2 peice zip but i have never seen them actually inspect any one. I am not a fan of one peice suits but I bought one for £99.00 from J&S in Leeds just to use for track days And when u see me in it you'll understand why only used on track days

My current riding kit is a Dainese Trax jacket and a pair of Dainese Leather trousers. These zip together about 270 degrees round.
I did a track day this week with them and had no problems. Most places do not like the short zips (must be 180 degrees or more) but many don't check either (but it's a risk).
Last track day I did have a 2 piece suit, but many people were wearing jacket and trousers joined and I decided to change to the jacket and jeans as it's better for road use than a suit.
Sold my suit on ebay and bought a new jacket with used trousers on there for great prices.

Two reasons I ended up with Dainese:
1. I knew their sizing - so was happy to buy off ebay
2. There's tons of stuff on ebay so it's easy to find what you want and find jackets/trousers to connect. I looked at Wolf and Sidi gear too but there just wasn't as much available on ebay.
