sorry another fork swap question do both my brake lines need to be 4" longer or just one ? also do i buy genuine caliper bolts or is there a better source [cheaper]?

Hi Pannelb right!, it's complicated. but..................... if you run the forks with 27mm sticking up above the top yoke (correct) ie: not got the rear jacked up! 55mm longer than std Z1000 hoses is correct. (2 inches longer) i just know there is another question coming now Regards Rick

thanks if i spent as much time riding it as i did asking questions it would be high milage by now anyway back to flea bay only need a mudguard + spindle to find ! thanks

Hi Mate
you only need a mudguard if you bought C1/C2 forks 2005-2007 model.

You will need a pair of front wheel spacers for the zx6r (kawasaki £13) and 4 caliper bolts, which I sourced from my local bike spares shop. Matt

the ZX6 spacers Matt is pointing to are from a year 2000 ZX6R
not from the newer B1/B2/C1/C2/C6H models.
the wheel spindle you need is from the newer B1/B2/C1/C2/C6H models.
hope that makes it clearer ?.
