Hi ,well ive cured my arking coils like this , u need some large shrink wrap ,replace the old plastic covers with it ,i got mine from m8s in elec board so if any 1 needs some contact me i have loads, its good 4 all sorts reparing hoses etc, u need to file down the cover once on as its very slightly thicker than standard cover its very minor but takes some time to do but it saves £80.00 a coil .I would like to here from any 1 who has had the same problem ,or may be its rare but ive got a cheep cure 4 it .hope to here back soon .

presuming from that reply that you were genuinely suggesting a cheap cure for a manufacturing fault (not unknown with Kwak's) Then please accept a thousand humble "Toseland's" and may your Zed forever run sweet. And if mine starts arcing then I'll do the same as you, as it is great stuff for all sorts of applications, and I get it free too, BUT .. a tenner ! it aint that dear even off fleabay
