Is anyone using that Slime in their tyres to prevent puntures? I am going to france soon and was thinking about putting some in mine, just wandered if it does work and does it affect the balancing of the tyres Phipsy

I agree with Spoon, mate.
I tried it once in my RSV...... horrible horrible effects on the handling!....you know what happens when you get water slopping from one end of the bath to the other? It builds up momentum.... now imagine that happening in your tyre while you are trying to go round a bend!

I'm with Jezz and Spoon on this had my Blackbird treated with the purple stuff 2 France trips ago, but......... Tosser who put the stuff in over filled the front x2, ..it was like riding a bloody Jackhammer at 100 mph totally messed handling up, and when my mate came along side of me he said you could acctualy see the front tyre lifting off the road, ........ AA Euro Cover for me.... Doggie
