KAWASAKI ZX636 b1h rear shock will it fit my z

Before I buy this shock will it fit my z1000 or do i need other parts or mods

Will i have to swap my z spring onto it/ is it easy to swap springs?

Im 13 stone

Hi Biker,
The B1 rear shock is a direct swap, and as the B1 was too firmly sprung for its weight, it should be about right for you and the extra weight the zed carries over the zx6.
I've got one on mine at the moment, and at just over 11 stone its a tiny bit firm, so should be perfect for you.
The C1 shock has a narrower lower fitting so needs the linkage swaping aswell, but its got a softer spring, and changing it for your zed spring is a job for your dealer.
