ride Z1k since 2004 havnt replace the lever yet and now it shivering...attempt to put small washer  tinkin to get aftermart...comment anybody??? |

Hiya matey,
I only had 1 problem with my Clutch lever/cable. which was down to me fitting different bars and the cable was starting to fray which firstly made the lever harder to pull in and secondly it started to judder when pulling in.
dont know if you are suffering the same or the term "shivering" is the same as juddering?
Stick on a new cable (5 minute job) and I hope this helps.

I swapped mine for the 750 version, Handle bar mount and all. same as 636 too so should be enough about. Not as cheap as the washer modification but a lot less fiddly.  |

i did the washer mod as soon as i got my 750 as it vibrated like hell from the off !!!! But it now needs doing again as its started up again. Strange how something so small can be so f*****g annoying  |
