At the moment i have the standard bars on my 06 model, But being quite tall i find that with long arms i seem to be pretty upright at times and seem to take a lot of windblast. I was wondering if fitting a set of renthal bars with a lower lift would help. has any body had any experiances with these bars and what lift, width, would be best.

I've got ultralows on mine - as have a few other people - and they do lower the hand position by a but and make things better IMO.

Any vibration problems? Are they better or worse than the standard ones?

I think they are slightly better than stock one's for vibration ,tried lead shot ,bigger bar ends ,in the end the best thing I found was to fill the bar's with silicone sealant

ok, decided to go the ultralow way and went around a few dealers to find some. surprised on how few had any stock (all next day delivery) but wanted to see what i was buying. still not found any ultralows but upon inspecting the others i was suprised to see that they do not come with a M8 insert in the end to attach my R&G bar ends. will have to make some expanding collet things to over come this as i found that when i installed them it got rid of most of the vibration probs. aqnyone else found a way around this
