All those who have fitted a ZX10R shock what suspension setting are you using?

Hi Phipsy,
Here are my settings - I'll give you both ends for reference. They're probably not perfect but I've fiddled with them and these are the best I've settled with. I'm about 12 stone.
Front:
Preload 3rd line just showing
Rebound 0.5 turns out
Rear
Preload 18mm shock thread showing
Rebound Damping 1.5 turns out
Compression Damping 5 turns out

I started a new job in December, but didn't really get much time in between to chill out.
Never mind, perhaps we can get together sometime over the spring/summer...

Thanks for the settings it feels alot better than before. Could not really push it yesterday as still abit too cold, but inital settings are looking good.
