hello guys,i have a micron 4 into 1 & k&n filter on my 2005 z1000 also done the air box mod ,would a PC add a few more horses, i know it would smooth it out a bit but would it gimme much more power ? advice gratefully accepted !! [ by the way , great site lots of knowledgeable lads in here ] thanks.

I would be surprised if it doesn't add a few more bhp. It would definately smooth things out, but I think the main thing would be getting the Air/Fuel mix right. I've just had mine dyno'ed and found out that it is lean all the way through the rev. range. I'll get a custom map sometime over winter to get it spot on and hopefully release a bit more power and torque.
The results were 130.63hp and 71.40 torque with an Air/Fuel Mix of 14 all the way through(should be about 13). This is with Carbon Can SS Slip ons with baffles still fitted, K&N, Air box mod, and PC111.
