Has anyone got any suggestions as to keeping the hugger looking half decent, mine looks like the plastic cheap washing-up bowls are made of !! Being ABS you can't lacquer it, I got one under warranty , but still not fitted it yet, or can anyone reccomend a good accessory one or orange paint that will stick to it !!!

The older models have painted rear huggers, you can pick them up from ebay cheaply if you keep an eye out for one.
thats what I did on my 05 bike and it matches in with the bike far better
If you want an aftermarket pyriamid do one that is painted orange but it is quite a large and expensive one. Powerbronze do one but it does not come colour matched but you should be able to paint it, its quite a nice and small and comes with vents.

THANKS FOR THE NEWS ABOUT THE OLDER MODEL, I'LL SEE IF THE PART NUMBER STILL EXISTS, AND EXCHANGE MY UNUSED WARRANTY REPLACEMENT WITH ONE. I'LL TALK NICELY TO ROSSENDALE KAWASAKI, THEY'RE GOOD GUYS!
