Not had them look at the Zed, but their rep is impeccable. A few mates have had their bikes done, and nothing but good reports. Not cheap tho' Lots of alternatives that've been tried on here. ZX10 shock with Zed spring. 636 shock 636 front end etc etc. Ya pay ya money, take ya choice. Personally I've gone Ohlins rear (off a ZX10) and 06' 636 forks with Ktech .95 springs and 10w oil

Had my Zed done back end of last year. Now have better all round handling bike. The standard setup (03-06 Bike ) can only be adjusted on one side for rebound and this has the tendency to 'pogo' the bike on heavy braking once you let go of the brake and makes the bike run wide. the rear shock is generally not bad but a bit on the hard side. I had both the front coverted and the rear rebuilt with a softer spring. No chicken strips and the bike feels really planted. All together it cost about £450. The price of an ohlins rear. I have spoken to others who have gone the ZX10/ 636 route for suspension and it also is a lot better than standard. Hope this helps
