Tried to fit a ZX10 shock to my bike today but it wouldn't fit! I think it's the exup valve cable mounting bracket which stops it it hits the shocks remote reservoir I don't really want to saw it off as it's welded. I suppose it only affects the 2007 models! Has anyone else had this problem? [a href=" "] [/a]

just been and looked at mine the bracket that u show does nothing now that u have aftermarket exhausts but i would not want to lop it off as it would mean u would never be able to fit std exhaust also your pic does not show the thing next to it with the fins think its the ecu or coil that looks als like it would be in the way id say the shock is not correct for the bike

It has to be removed and turned the other way round to clear the remote reservoir which guys with older bikes have done. Looks like that's not going to be an option with the 07 bikes as I wont start hacking things off a 7 month old bike! Might have to buy one from Maxton, loads of money
