O2 sensor

Are there any real benefits to using a delete kit?

I hear some folk say it's essential to achieve good fueling if the headers and cans have been changed from stock. The others say it's best to retain the O2 sensor.

Any thoughts?

from personal experieince i left it on and it was not detrimental as far as i could tell but most good tuners will deleat it for good or bad, something to do with closed or open loop systems that i dont pretend to understand...
