Comfy, by the look of your rear tyre you are getting that bike way over

Yep - that was the old 190 section (I did go out with my leathers on) with the explicit intention of getting my knee down - which I did....much easier with the new rear shock mind you. Since ive fitted the 200 section the weather has turned and the front tyre is now knackered (getting changed at the end of the month) just waiting for payday....ive kinda switched my attention back to the rsv4 at the moment as I came by a full race system for it so cheap I couldn't not...as it were, plus the lad that I got it from can also reprogram ecu's so my ecu is off being modded as we speak....that's gonna be fun when that goes on...
Once the shock is paid for (soon....) I reckon itll be either a set of BST's for the zed or some brembo GP4-RR calipers for the rsv....

Yep - but the weather is getting better slowly....on mine today...wet on the road and a chance of rain later but f*** it, itll give me a reason to give it a clean later on. A bike in Bristol is invaluable as the traffic is constantly so bad its the only way to get around...plus ive got a bit of running around today...doing a job on my hypermotard, waiting for some bits to come into Riders for it, got newly coated side engine casings in my bag at work, collect the bits from riders, take the lot down to fowlers as ive not got a bearing press. Get it all assembled there, pick it up tomorrow and then put the hyper back together with internal gearbox upgrade and cerakoted casings (will probably get some stuff on the zed done the same way too). Ive got a bit of paint flaking on the swing arm at the rear and underneath where the crud is thown up at it. I expect ill drop the swing arm out at the end of the autumn this year to get it done.

Forgetting about the fact it's my hyper but there's the quality of the coating...used to be " flaky ducati gold " Be nice to get the swing arm done the same way...

Do u know what.... My mate had a 2003 zed in orange, and at the time,I just bought an sv 650 2004 cat d. And when I saw his zed that was it,I found my soul mate,he sold it for £2,500 and I was so gutted I never had the money to buy it,when I had money for a new secondhand bike for a bit extra I could buy the 2008 zed,but looking at some of these bikes on this forum. You realise just how good looking and iconic the zed range has really been,I love Streetfighters, and the zed ticks every time... 2003 still looks good today, and the rest of the zed range is off the back of that ledgend...
