ZX636R C1 Front Suspension Settings

Help please guys!

I know its another bloody suspension thread. But I've spent the best part of a morning looking through here to find any info on front fork settings for the C1 forks in the zed thou.

Couldn't find denada!!

What settings are people using?
Add it below, with supporting info (rider weight etc)

I used the settings from this web site as a starting block then tweeked from there, and my god, it make the Zed feel so light and responsive, like your riding a bike with half its weight.
