Had an idiot pull out on me Friday so I gave him lots of repeated use of my horn button.... only it didnt work Came to the next roundabout and had to stop so belted the horn button with my finger and it worked. Got up to 60mph and applied the horn and it didnt work. This continued for the 8 miles left I had to get home. The horn works at low speed, under 30mph and then doesnt work at all at higher speeds. Its not because I cant hear it over the exhausts, it just doesnt work!! LOL Ideas?

SOON WAKES UP THE DOZY EEDJUTS. Beleive it or not, I actually look forward to the moment when someone gives me a reason to Blast em.. Ha ha ha ha ha ha. ;D

Mine stopped working for a while then came back again, then stopped, then.... Turned out to be the button - took it apart and cleaned it, applied ACF50 and it's been OK up to now.

Check connections on the horn itself first. Could possibly be loose and vibrating contact when at speed given the intermittant operation then as Marco said try the switch and clean it!
