It looks more like a z1000sx than a naked z1000 to me though, but it down to the individual I guess, but its got to be much more than an engine..... The 14to20 z1000 is the best styling that Kawasaki has done to date. and most naked bikes manufacturer's have tried to copy in some way shap or form, look at the Ducati streetfighter. So no I still have trouble looking at the zh2 and I know the engine is good, because the H2 & the h2sx is a good engine,so I expected that, but still an eyesore to look at,so I can ever see myself buying one,ide buy a Ducati streetfighter before ide pull the pin on one... There's better looking hypernakeds out there for me..... But its horses for courses, and that's the best thing about motorcycle owners,it about them, not about me,I still appreciate what people do with what they have, and I'm loving what Trevor is doing, and I can't wait to see what he does next..... Well Wicked.....

It's never gonna be a beauty it wasn't meant to be its the flip side of the coin its a beast and when you wind it on in third and it power wheelies up u gin from ear to ear.. I had the z1000 and she was a beaut but this bike is something else .. and if u ever got a simple flash u get 230 bhp at the back wheel ..insane π

Since at some stage I may find myself owning a ZH2,I've been lurking on various forums to find out how owners are getting on. Several issues appear to be common. 1. Oil being blown into the airbox/combustion chamber and leaking down the left side of the bike. Several owners have fabricated a catchtank arrangement as the stock plastic bottle is inefficient. Advice also is to run the engine oil level at the lower line to help the issue. 2. Instrument clocks randomly resetting, losing all the owner presets. 3. Cruise control sensitive to adjusting rear brake lever. CC stops working unless the foot brake is in a certain position. Maybe as time goes on Kawasaki will address these issues. I'm just wondering if trebor4460 has experienced any of the above?

It's always good to do your homework on any thing new and costs alot of money,as if I own anything it's worth looking into and after... Trebor hasn't mentioned any problems he's experience so far,all he's done is prays his H2 I get the feeling well the picture of him like a big kid, whenever he goes out on his H2.... He is a straight up guy,he will tell you of any issues,if any...

I thought ide not heard you mention any probs with yours, strange about the battery change making a difference to ure clock issue,I've changed my battery to lithium, and I recommend it to any bike owner to do anyway.... So glad that's all the issues you've had,and problem is solved... Win win bud....
