been working on the steering damper today.. ha da fair bit of cutting n shutting but nearly there... the damper aint to tame the handling , shes rock solid its the dam power wheelies in the first 3 gears..the she can shimmy when the wheels off the ground then hits down again, damper should sort it... this pic is testing the fittings and range of movement with an old damper.. no plastics on.. register here button pngbit of chopping on the plastic which is unavoidable but wont be seen when the plastics are on..

Thanks mate.... Being very brave there bud,but I guess it's worth it in the long run,and it makes perfect sense, I've no doubt that with that power it will come up very easy. Had a go on a zx10r 2006 with everything done quick shifter,pc,akra cans, and steering damper. And it came up and went down so easy on the back wheel with just throttle,so if that's anything to go by,which I guess it would be it needs to tamed a bit... Like u said ures & the hole H2 range is a family of beast engine's... I understand what u saiy about the looks🙁 but engine wise😍

Tidy job. Can't have a bike with H2 in it's title without a damper,it's tradition. You should put a sticker on stating 'damper only required on the +40bhp edition'.

Haha defo on the sticker and i remember the Original 2 stroke Kawa Widow maker..now that did need a damper on it .. Yeah, along with a frame made of rubber, shocks with biro springs and no damping and an engine rated in hours rather than miles.

Well i sent Mickey Mouse his ears back today and replaced them with some bar enders, ... and starting on the green, red, and black theme Lee You've put them on upsidedown. Looking good man. The barend mirrors look better for sure, but I find the left one gets in the way a bit when wheeling the bike in and out of the garage. A small price to pay anyway.

I'm a fan of the bar end mirror's,they can be put up or down its universal, aslong as u don't put them so they sick out, that's wrong. And u be surprised the amount of people that do that. But it's always up to the individual,as always....

a lot of dudes getting the frames now, i like the rear protection too, the weight is always a factor but if you not concerned too much about that then yap, not to bad

Definately looking better Rob....still more to do on it?? o yeh, theres panels just shouting out to be replaced with carbon, theres gonna go a Nitron on the rear soon as it shows ant signs of wear, i would like to get a set of Titanium headers in the future, and im trying to resist, as there is more than enough power, can u ever have enough power? lol but a flash will put 230-240 bhp at the rear wheel... ... i like the riding position just as it is and the wind protection is good from the nose so gonna keep the bars..

Oow... Mist that bit... Still good pricing compared to the other hyper naked bikes though, but if I had the money of 18,000 to 22,000 IDE probably go for the Ducati Streetfighter,or super Duke r for that sort of money or even try an H2...
